I was commissioned by the photographer Melissa Magnuson to film, edit and install a three-screen video installation for her exhibition it's not about the land. The exhibition explored the relationship of a Native American community with the land through Melissa's large scale photography, shot in the San Carlos Apache Reservation, Arizona. The film and video installation documented the shoot and provides context for the photography.
The immmersive three-screen set up encourages the audience to shift their attention and change their perspective, witnessing juxtapositions and oppositions in the footage.
